Tease your insertion

If you’ve been doing all the techniques above, your partner should be dripping wet for you waiting for you to insert yourself. When you get into position don’t just dive in straight away. Run you penis along the inside of her leg, bringing it slowly closer to her vagina. Do this several times.

Run your penis around the outside of her vagina very slowly. Let her know your penis is so close to entering her vagina, but just not quite entering yet. The thoughts in her head will be of an intense lust for you.

Keep teasing around her vagina and make her want it bad, possibly even waiting for her to say “just put it in”.

Don’t do it right away. Let her wait just a little bit longer before you do. As you finally decide to enter don’t do it in one big thrust. Insert just the tip of your penis. Then withdraw it. You will hear her moan.

Now insert again just a little bit more and withdraw it again. This is what I mean by two steps forward and one step back. Keep this process up and don’t fall into the temptation to just start pumping really fast. Keep going really slow and when you finally enter her, you will find that she will probably orgasm and when she does, it will be more intense than she has probably experienced in a long time.

Using this approach consistently

Those are three examples of how to build anticipation and tease your woman into an instant orgasm. You should not keep these techniques for sex and sex alone. Use them during foreplay as well.

Use the technique when you’re flirting before foreplay and use it during foreplay. Use it for any buildup to sex and then during sex itself. When it finally comes, she’ll be aching for you.

This technique rocks

If you’ve made your partner orgasm within seconds of sex then if you orgasm a few seconds later then it doesn’t matter anywhere near as much as it would otherwise. With mastery of this approach you can have a truly fulfilled woman, because you can make them orgasm every time you have sex. After you’ve made them orgasm you can feel much more confident in experimenting with the other techniques in this guide to helping you last longer and giving them even more orgasms.

Get harder

You may have memories of a younger you who could ejaculate and simply continue having sex until you ejaculated again. You were excited and healthy and your erection was rock solid.

When you take time to make your erection stronger, you will find yourself transported back to those glory days, and be able to do those things all over again.

If you can reach this level of strength then even if you do ejaculate prematurely then you can carry on sex anyway. This will also be useful if you decide to use the “ejaculation block” method, because it will enable to you to recover more quickly after you stop the ejaculation, as you may find that otherwise you lose some erection strength after performing the ejaculation block. Here are some things you can do to gain harder erections.

The big-flexes exercise while erect

One method to increase ejaculation strength is to perform the “big-flexes” exercise while fully erect. You may remember that in that section I recommended not performing this exercise when fully erect.

The reason I did that is because the big-flexes exercises should only be performed with extreme caution while erect. I also recommend doing much fewer repetitions, because it is much easier to damage your erection if you perform this exercise while fully erect.

You may notice during this exercise when fully erect that your penis expands, especially the glans. This is because the PC muscle is forcing blood into the penis. Do the big-flexes exercise while fully erect no more than 3 times per week. Also, do no more than 5 repetitions. The blood being forced into your penis through the PC muscle in the exercise should help strengthen your erection.

Get more physical exercise

You will never hear of someone who exercises daily complaining of a weak erection. It’s a fact that the more physical exercise you get, in particular any cardiovascular activity like running, swimming or biking, the harder your erections will be.

By exercising regularly you improve your circulatory system. This is the systems of blood vessels and heart that pumps blood all around your body. When you exercise this through cardiovascular training you improve it. With a better circulatory system you will get more blood running to your penis and therefore harder erections.

Improve your diet

There is a lot to be said and debated about diet, but certain facts are virtually unquestionable. People with lower body fat and lower cholesterol in general have larger and harder penises. This is because as body fat increases there are more fat cells throughout the body. These fat cells reduce the flow of blood throughout the body, especially cholesterol.

This is true for the penis as well. As your body fat increases fat deposits appear in your penis and the blood flow is restricted. With the blood flow restricted your penis cannot grow as large as it otherwise would and also not as hard.

So what can you actually do to improve your diet? Since there is so much available in this area here is my opinion in a nut shell:

  • Cut out excessively fatty foods, especially processed foods, like hamburgers and most fast food.
  • Drink lots of water.
  • Consume less sugar. The best sources of sugar are through fruit.
  • Eat less processed foods. For example, brown rice is better for your health than white rice. This is because brown rice is less processed, therefore your system benefits from the nutrients that are not taking out during processing and also burns more calories during the digestive process. This principle applies to many other food sources as well, such as pasta, bread, etc.
  • Eat more vegetables. Vegetables are the best thing you can feed your body. They are low in caloric density and replenish your system.
  • If you choose to eat meats then only eat quality meats. You can have a very healthy diet without the consumption of animal products.

A healthy calorie controlled diet in combination with plenty of exercise is almost guaranteed to help you lose weight. With a loss of weight you will experience a noticeable improvement in the hardness of your erection.

Quick and dirty summary

Here are some quick tips and tricks you can apply to help last longer in bed. These are quick-fix solutions and not what I would recommend to rely on if you really plan on mastering ejaculation control. These are by no means a substitute for all that I’ve taught in this guide. Try them out and see what they do for you.

Change positions

Every time you change positions you buy yourself some time without any stimulation and also takes your mind temporarily off the stimulation you were getting.

Masturbate before sexs

If you want to last longer in the bedroom then if you’ve ejaculated a few hours before then you will probably be able to last longer before ejaculating.

My warning when using this method is to make sure you don’t ejaculate too close to sex as you may find you are unable to ejaculate at all.

Urinate before sex

A full bladder puts a lot of pressure on your pelvic muscles. It makes your more likely to ejaculate prematurely and also inhibits the quality of your orgasm.

Give her oral pleasure half way through

A great way to buy yourself even more time is to stop half way through sex and give her oral sex. This will allow you time to reduce your arousal and also focus on something different besides your own pleasure.

Go very slow

As I mentioned earlier women like slow sex. Don’t be afraid to go really slow and play it off like you’re teasing them. Don’t worry about them criticizing you, because they’ll be too worried about what they’re doing to worry about you.

Use long lasting condoms

There are condoms available that contains chemical that reduce the sensitivity of your glans. They can take some time to work though, so be sure to have your condom on for a few minutes before you enter your partner.

Use lots of lubrication

Lubrication is a great way of reducing sensitivity if you use a lot. Be careful not to use too much as this may be uncomfortable for your partner.

Go into the one of the “long lasting positions” described earlier

Change positions to one where you receive less stimulation as described in the earlier chapter “long lasting positions”.

Touch the tip of your tongue to the top of your mouth

It’s been claimed to have something to do with the energy channels running through your body. Don’t ask me to explain how these energy channels make this happen but I know from experience that it does work.
