Super Nut Smoothie

Why these ingredients?

Let me break them down for you here, so you know that you’re getting the best possible advice you can.

– 1 ¾ Cup Nut milk, Coconut milk or Spring Dragon Longevity Tea

To make a smoothie, you need a liquid and, through some trial and error, these are the best suggestions I’ve come up with for you. It’s just that simple. If I were to choose one to use over the others, I’d have to go with the Longevity Tea. It has something in it called Gynostemma, which has been proven to extend life expectancy for as long as you drink it. Ever wonder why China has so many octogenarians? Well, it’s because they drink a cup of Gynostemma tea every day. Just steep it, let it cool and toss it into the blender.

– 1 Scoop Chocolate or Vanilla Sun Warrior Protein Powder or 1 Scoop of Chocolate or Vanilla One World Whey Protein Powder

Protein powder will thicken the smoothie and give it a nice, satisfying taste. If you’re into strength training or know a bodybuilder, then you probably know all about this stuff. After working out, you’ll also notice that your muscles rebuild faster. The two above are there because they’re all-natural and wonderfully raw. Why go through all this trouble just to add more processed crap to your otherwise healthy new diet?

– 1 teaspoon Organic, Raw Maca or Maca Extreme

I can not stress just how important this ingredient is. This is what will make your load thicker and bigger than you ever thought possible. If you have an adventurous spirit and want to get this stuff working for you fast, I suggest doubling the amount for the first week or two. Understand that this will greatly affect the normally great taste of the Super Nut Smoothie, but if you can just man up and knock it back, you’ll be thrilled with the results, I promise! After that first week or two, just go back to the normal, single teaspoon and enjoy your long lasting super nut for the rest of your life!

– ½ teaspoon Polyrachis Ant Powder and ½ teaspoon Cordyceps Mushroom

These Chinese herbs will make you feel like the man you always knew you were. Short of taking straight up testosterone shots in your ass, these herbs are the best way to increase your sex drive, prowess, and even your erection quality. Did I also mention that they’ll make you more dominant in the bedroom? If you really want to give that little porn star what she wants, don’t skimp on these herbs!

– ½ teaspoon Reishi

Reishi is, without a doubt, the best herb on the market. It’ll make you smarter, more aware and much more able to solve logic problems. This is where the term “healthy fat” comes from. Instead of being stored as fat, the oil is burned to give you the energy you need to be active, workout, or just fuck like a bunny. It will give you the boost you need to deliver load after load to your woman and show her just how you feel!

– 8 almonds

Speaking of which, how about we throw an actual aphrodisiac into the mix? That’s what almonds have proven to be in study after study. When you’re tired after a long day at work and just want to collapse into bed, I promise that if you toss these into your smoothie, you’ll want to do anything but sleep in there. But, please, please, please make sure you buy unsalted, organic nuts. Remember that what she swallows is only as natural as what you swallow.

– 1 pinch Himalayan Sea Salt

You might think that this one is here just for taste, but you’d be absolutely wrong. Like most natural foods, Himalayan sea salt contains tons of minerals that the human body needs, not only to function, but just to live. The problem with the salt that you find in the grocery store is that it’s been processed and re-processed to the point of containing almost nothing that’s beneficial to you. That’s why any doctor worth his… salt, tells you to cut back. He’s referring to the processed stuff that can be toxic if used without moderation. Himalayan sea salt is natural and beneficial and works as a taste enhancer. If you want to test it for yourself, by all means make it without the sea salt or try it with table salt. I guarantee you’ll come over to my side.
