1) Back

This is one of the most obvious spots to concentrate on because of how much tension many of us carry in our backs. Our back not only holds tension; it plays a big part in walking or sitting or doing just about any activity.

It’s best to use oil on the back so you can soothe the skin for the friction that follows. Glide your hands across her back gently and apply added pressure to any swollen or knotted areas. Start at the neck and work your way all the way down to her ass.
