The Process of Relaxation

 

Part 1: Preparation

This stage was discussed in the previous chapter. This is where you will set up the surroundings to promote the deepest relaxation for your partner.

It might sound strange, but I want you to take her into the bedroom then leave again. Keep her in there just long enough to soak in the sexy and relaxing surroundings then walk out.

This will add to the teasing factor and her anticipation will start to build faster. You have given her a taste of the bedroom then surprised her by taking her out again. She will be wondering what you are going to do next and you will have the perfect thing prepared.

Part 2: Bath / Shower

Taking a bath or a shower before sexual intercourse can have multiple advantages. You will both be wet and slippery and come out of this stage feeling and smelling your best. Her skin will be extra soft and supple and she will probably become more sensitive to the touch. You may think that a bath is the most romantic, but I prefer a shower. A shower doesn’t take as much preparation. I have found that a bath works best if she has had a particularly hard day and you need a little more time to help her melt her troubles away.
