Level 3 – Release
The release level is where the orgasm will finally occur. This is just the first orgasm, but we want to achieve at least three. This means that you will go through the arousal and release levels at least two more times after the initial orgasm.

This part is crucial. We will go over some techniques that will keep her arousal elevated enough to carry through with an intense orgasm. The wrong move here could take her arousal down.

Why give her three orgasms?
You have just given her an orgasm. That was the goal right? Well, you’re not quite ready to move on to the final level just yet. It might be easier than you thought to give her multiple orgasms.
Men have what is called a refractory period. This is the time after ejaculation where we are not aroused and we need time to build back up to a heightened arousal. This does not occur in women. When they have an orgasm, they are already ready to have another one. The best thing about the second and third orgasm is that they come
faster than the first one and with less effort. They also tend to be more intense.
It is always a plus to give her multiple orgasms. You can also feel free to have orgasms during this level as well, as long as you can keep going after your refractory period. The more orgasms the better I always say.
Things to Expect During the Release Stage –
- A more drastic elevation in heavy breathing
- The tensing of her muscles spreads through her body. This is when things like toe curling occur
- Breathing becomes shallow
- Increase in perspiration
- She may close her eyes and make a face as she gets close
- Stern eye contact just before she explodes
- It becomes hard for her to speak
What will be happening inside her? –
- Her vagina will tighten. Her other sex organs will contract as well. You might feel the sensation of her vagina clamping down on your penis.
