Lunch: Healthy Cobb Salad
This has pretty much all the ingredients of the traditional cobb salad that you love, but it has been tweaked to cut down on unhealthy ingredients like saturated fat. Whether you want to use blue cheese is up to you because it adds fat. This salad has so many nutrients you might feel free to go ahead and treat yourself to the blue cheese.
Why it’s good for Erectile Dysfunction:
It contains zinc, antioxidants, vitamin B3, Lycopene and 21 grams of protein.
What You Need:
- 8 oz of chicken breast (cooked and shredded)
- 10 cups mixed greens
- 2 eggs (hard-boiled and chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (diced)
- 1 cucumber (seeded and diced)
- 1 avocado (diced)
- 2 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp shallot (finely minced)
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup blue cheese crumbled (optional)
How to Make It:
- Whisk vinegar, shallot, mustard, pepper and salt in small bowl. Add oil and whisk.
- Place greens in large bowl. Add half of the dressing. Toss to coat.
- Place all the greens on 4 plates in equal portions. Place equal parts chicken, egg, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, back and optional blue cheese on top of each.
- Add remainder of the dressing on top.
Lunch: Turkey, Corn and Sun-dried Tomato Wrap
This is good for a lunch when you are out and about because they’re so easy to eat. They are also good to take on a hike or a picnic. Serve them with sliced vegetables like carrots or bell peppers.

It contains Antioxidants, Lycopene and 19 grams of protein.
What You Need:
- 8 slices of deli turkey (low sodium)
- 2 cups chopped lettuce (romaine)
- 1 cup corn kernels
- ½ cup tomatoes (chopped)
- ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar (can be substituted with cider vinegar)
- 4 – 8-inch tortillas (whole wheat)
How to Make It:
- Mix corn, tomato, sun-dried tomatoes, oil and vinegar in a medium bowl.
- Divide turkey among the 4 tortillas. Top with corn and tomatoes mixture and lettuce. Roll into a wrap. Cut wraps in half for easier eating.
Lunch: Crab Roll
This roll is sort of a variation on the lobster role, but it is made to be healthier and better in helping with ED. Crab also costs much less than lobster so it’s a win, win. If you can afford it; feel free to use lobster.

It contains antioxidants and 21 grams of protein.
What You Need:
- 12 oz crab meat (remove all shells etc.)
- 8 leaves red or green leaf lettuce
- ¼ cup mayonnaise (low-fat)
- 1 tbsp grated lemon zest
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 10 dashes of hot sauce (Tapatio, Tabasco, etc)
- ¼ cup shallot (finely chopped)
- ¼ cup celery (finely chopped)
- ¼ chives (thinly sliced)
- 4 hot dog buns (whole wheat)
- 1/8 tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground pepper
How to Make It:
- Whisk mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, hot sauce, pepper and salt in a medium bowl. Mix in shallot, celery and 3 tbsp chives. Mix thoroughly.
- Mix in crab meat very gently to keep bigger chunks.
- Line hot dog buns with lettuce. Divide the crap meat mixture among all the buns. Garnish with the rest of the chives.
