- 12 eggs, beaten

When eggs are almost set; spoon tuna mixture on to half of the eggs. Fold the other half over. Cover the pan and remove from heat. Allow omelet to rest in the covered pan for a minute or two so the cheese will melt completely.

This frittata has a lot more antioxidants than your standard omelet. The kale and the tomatoes contain a lot of nutrients that help with ED. The dish has a good portion of iron and protein without too many carbs.

- Cook for 3 minutes stirring often. Add eggs and mix them in.
- Transfer to oven. Bake for about 20 minutes or until set. Cut in wedges to serve.
