Drinks: Skinny Green Monster Smoothie

This smoothie is not called a monster for nothing. It has a massive amount of vitamins and protein. The Greek yogurt and peanut butter are especially high in protein and the spinach provides many nutrients to help fight ED. You can also tweak with this smoothie for added nutrients by using protein powder, flax seeds, blueberries and more. Plus it’s really easy to make.

What You Need:

  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (fat-free)

How to Make It:

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a blender. Blend until it is a delicious fruit smoothie.

Drinks: Beetroot, Spinach and Apple Smoothie

Why it’s good for Erectile Dysfunction:

It contains 350 mg of nitrates and 15 grams of protein.

What You Need:

  • 1 cup beetroot juice (chilled)
  • ½ cup apple juice (chilled)
  • 1 ½ cup plain yogurt (w/ live cultures)
  • 2 cups spinach (shredded)

How to Make It:

  • Mix all ingredients into a jug or a blender. Add ice if you want it colder. You can also experiment with other flavors.

Drinks: Hemp Cocoa

It’s rich in both iron and protein. One serving of this drink is enough protein to carry you through half a day of your intake. If it is not sweet enough for you, just add sweetner.

What You Need:

  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or dark agave nectar
  • Pinch of lucuma, mesquite, maca or cinnamon (optional)

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a blender. Blend until it is a delicious fruit smoothie.
